We show clients every agent's numbers. Including yours.

When someone engages us, we report what every agent whose closings appear in their market has actually done, price achieved against original asking, true days on market from the first list date, reduction frequency, the proportion of listings that close, and consistency. Benchmarked to the market. Everyone. Including you, whether or not we’ve ever spoken.

We don’t rank you

Worth being precise about, because most agents assume the worst when they hear “agent data.”

There’s no league table and no score. Different clients want different things — the highest price, the fastest sale, certainty of closing, discretion — and those point to different agents. We report the numbers and help the client work out which ones matter for their situation. If your strength is holding price, that’s what shows. If it’s speed, that’s what shows.

Enrollment does not change your numbers

Read that twice. Enrollment affects nothing about which agents we include or what we report about them. You cannot buy position, and nobody else can either. If your record is strong, our clients see it whether you’ve signed with us or not.

What enrollment changes is what happens when they pick you.

What enrollment means

Enrolled agents are marked ✓ in what the client sees. That mark tells them two things:

You compensate us with a referral fee at closing — instead of paying for marketing, lead subscriptions or postcode advertising. Nothing up front. Nothing if the deal doesn’t close.

And you’ve agreed to have us stay in the transaction as the client’s analyst — pricing analysis, offer strategy, comparable data. We’re not looking over your shoulder. You run the deal.

And the effect that matters commercially: when a client transacts with a ✓ agent, we credit their fee back in full at closing. So enrollment gives a client a concrete financial reason to choose you over an equally strong agent who isn’t enrolled.

What enrollment means

You represent the client

Our agreement with the client covers analysis only. It is not a representation agreement and it does not restrict who represents them. Put your own buyer or listing agreement in place — we expect you to, and we tell the client so.

You handle showings, negotiation with the other side, offers and counteroffers, documents and closing. We handle the numbers.

What makes these different from portal leads

Every person we introduce has paid us to be advised, talked to us directly, told us what they’re optimizing for, and confirmed they are not under a representation agreement with anyone else.

We don’t sell your postcode to four agents. We don’t send you someone who already has an agent. And we did the qualifying work before you got the introduction, because we were paid to.

Where you stand today

Tell us your market and property type and we’ll tell you what your numbers look like in our data — free, whether or not you enroll.

What you’ll get: your figures on the metrics above and how they compare to the market benchmark. What we can’t send: the underlying transaction records. Our data license permits analysis for our own clients, so we share your standing, not an extract.
