Big Data Realty

Website Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 8th, 2026

1. Who we are

bigdatarealty.com (the “Site”) is operated by two separate licensed entities; which one controls your information depends on where you seek real estate services. For Florida services, the data controller is Big Data Realty LLC, a Florida-licensed real estate brokerage (FL Broker License #BK3273196). For California services, the data controller is Vladimir A. Bugera, Ph.D., California real estate broker (DRE #02341727). Big Data Realty LLC does not provide California brokerage services. If you are unsure which entity holds your information, contact us Section 14 and we will confirm.

2. What we collect

  • Forms and consultations: name, contact details, budget, purchase or sale goals, and anything else you choose to provide.
  • Scheduling: bookings made through our Calendly page.
  • Payments: the consultation fee is handled by our payment processor; we never receive or store full card numbers.
  • CRM and communications: form submissions and message history in our HubSpot system.
  • Analytics and cookies: pages visited, referral source, device and browser information.
  • Third-party embeds: Google Maps, reCAPTCHA, and YouTube may collect technical data under Google’s own privacy policy.
  • Planned features, disclosed here when they go live: client-portal accounts, VOW (Virtual Office Website) registration data, and decision-log data such as stated budget and risk preferences.

3. How we use it

To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, process the consultation fee, decide whether we represent you directly or refer you to a partner agent, communicate with you, and improve the Site.

4. How we share it

If you ask to be matched with an agent, we share your consultation and contact information with the partner agent we introduce so they can follow up; that agent’s brokerage pays us a referral fee if a transaction closes. We share nothing with partner agents for any other purpose, and we do not sell your information for advertising. We also share information with the service providers that run the Site and our business — CRM, payment processing, scheduling, and MLS systems as needed to deliver brokerage services — and when the law requires it.

5. Calls, texts, and email

By submitting a form with your phone number, you give prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act to receive calls and texts from us, including by autodialer or prerecorded/artificial voice, which may include marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. SMS opt-in consent is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Marketing emails include a CAN-SPAM-compliant unsubscribe link.

6. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner or through your browser. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing where applicable. Like most websites, we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We honor these requests as policy, even where a specific state law’s thresholds do not currently apply to us. Email referrals@bigdatarealty.com; we respond within 45 days. If the California Consumer Privacy Act comes to apply to us, California residents will also have the rights to opt out of sale/sharing and to non-discrimination for exercising their rights.

8. Data retention

We keep consultation, transaction, and decision-log information as long as needed for the purposes above, and at least as long as Florida (five-year) and California (three-year) broker record-keeping rules require. MLS-derived data is deleted when the applicable MLS relationship ends.

9. Security and breach notice

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by the Florida Information Protection Act and California breach-notification law.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Where data is processed

Our services are directed to U.S. real estate markets; your information is processed in the United States, whatever country you visit from.

12. Language

If we publish a non-English-language version of the Site or of this policy, the English version controls in the event of any conflict.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
